Getting Started

You have questions about the program, how it works, and how to get onboarded at PSERC. For your convenience, we’ve put together this simple guide to help walk you through your journey with us.

1. Sign Up as a PSERC Counselor on our website.
2. Wait 2-5 business days. You will be contacted for an interview with a current PSERC representative if you meet the qualifications and standards for our program.
3. If you are scheduled for an interview, here is what you can expect during your video interview:
   1. Discuss the opportunities we offer
   2. What markets are available
   3. Review your licenses
   4. Assess your experience
4.  After your interview, if you and PSERC agree to a partnership, you will be officially invited to join PSERC within 14 business days with our Agency Agreement and Contract.
5. We will then provide you with a list of information and additional documents we need to get you set up in our online appointment scheduling system so that you are paired with the highest quality leads.
6. You will be invited to schedule your onboarding training. Details on what your training will include will be provided by your PSERC coach.
7. Following the completion of your training, an advisor profile will be created for you that you will be able to update.
8. Your online calendar will be integrated with our master calendar with your availability set by you. We do this by simply sending you a link to accept sharing your calendar with PSERC.

10. Publish your calendar.
11. Start getting qualified leads booked to your calendar within 2-7 business days.
